What do you think is better than Yoga?

I just began learning this new method of chi kung. It's been very effective, and it's so much more exhilarating than Yoga. I suggest all of you to take a look... It's awesome, and the entire program seems to be very comprehensive. You can really tell the creator's done a lot for work to develop such a unique method. http://www.masterlu.com
