Dear Miledugo,
Continue to develop your capacity to be with your self. At the heart of your being is the innate joy of simply being. In yoga it is referred to as "Sat Cit Ananda" - Being, Consciousness, Bliss. It is covered over by sheaths of thoughts, mental impressions, misconceptions and attachments. You may want to keep your eye on the Spirit's Path forum. As time allows I will post a backlog of Q&A which may be of interest to you. Namaste, Chandra |

miledugo, i think you should be more afraid or wary of being incased in a body in a world full of conflict and suspicion hehe..
but theres really nothing to be afraid of going deep into yourself like that, your only enemy really are your own negative thoughts. although i sometimes feel isolated being so higher-consciousness focused in life instead of complaicently plodding along without questiong the nature of things.

to anyone that reads this who experienced the same trouble, instead of giving up because of worry, I found that we have to make our self train our mind, as it is the negative thoughts which are the only enemy...yes always stay cool and be happy and think positive. Hope that helps kalaivani, and sorry for not posting back sooner
