Yoga is said to be a great stress buster and a sure way to keep fit. Can you suggest some easy asanas.

It is the whole system that does it not just one particular pose.it is a combination of breathing, concentration, meditation, focus, changing your mind and lifestyle and movement. I would suggest finding a local yoga studio your town and taking some classes. If that doesn't work, search the internet for a yoga video aimed at stress relief.
