Yoga for surfers

Hi all,
now this is an older release to my knoledge, but living in Japan can be that way, get left behind on so many fronts!
Has anyone seen this DVD I have read a few review and heard some good reports, just wondering what your thoughts are on it, I am still a newb to Yoga and was wondering how difficult the level may be for a beginner, before I order it online.
