Yoga in Mauritius

Who could give me some good information where to follow yoga classes / workshops in Mauritius at the end of this year?

Yogasthali, situated in Curepipe is indeed an institution worth recommending- whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll be trained by expert Yoga teacher from India - There is also the IGCIC ( Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture) at Phoenix, however they have quite strict rules and regulations- and moreover enrolments are in Novembers only-There are quite a number of other institutions and I 'm sure there should be a couple of very good ones and a couple of them only for money making business- Feel free to contact me for related queries

I"m very happy with your reply. Thank you very much! I tried to find a web site of Yogasthali but I didn"t succeed. Do you know it maybe? You know currently I"m following a yoga teachers program (started this year). The end of the year I have holidays so we are coming with my friend to Mauritius for 2 weeks. And I would really like besides enjoying a beautiful nature follow also some yoga classes....

Unfortunately, Yogasthali is not having a web site and I'm sure Dr Saini, our YOGA teacher will be of tremendous help for your teachers' program and for your practice as well-

so you are following Dr Saini"s classes? Do you think that I can just come to Yogasthali when I"m in Mauritius or should I contact before? And is it easy to find Yogasthali when I"m in Curepipe?

Hello Mirjana,
If you've been travelling often to Mauritius, it w'ont be a big hassle to locate the place in Curepipe, not far from Trou aux Cerfs- Just let me know of your visiting schedule and I'll arrange the Yoga sessions for you or else before leaving for Mauritius do drop me a word & I'll fwd my mobile no. or Yogasthali phone no.
