Yoga Mats
Hi there,
I'm looking to find a type of yoga mat that I have only seen in practice a few times. It has lines and circles on it, making it easier to align the different parts of your body on the mat. I can't seem to find any here in Toronto and I'm also not able to find them online anywhere. Can someone help me find them online?? Thanks! Kevin |

Doing a Google search, I came up with some at Target, and several other sites. Be aware that the alignment which is correct for your body may not be accurately measured by a "one size fits all" mat, but it will point you in the right direction. Remember that an asana as defined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras has the dual qualities of comfort and stability.

thank you Chandra - I did eventually find that one as well. It looks as though it just has the stripe down the middle. The one I remember had several lines and circles as well.
