Yogis no body odor?

I was just wondering if the instructors(since instructors get close to students in adjustments) happen to notice if yogis who practice asana often like 3x a week have body odor? Bad smell?

Or do people like me smell like summer mornings after a rain all the time?

I’ve heard claims about ‘serious’ yogis giving off a perfumed smell, but I’m not that advanced and personally I’ve found that it depends more on my diet than anything. I’ve noticed that I have the least body odor when I regularly eat non-spicy vegetarian food. It’s definitely still noticeable though, just considerably milder (if I don’t wear deodorant, that is). But if you throw in a teaspoon of turmeric into my dinner, forget about it. No amount of yoga will help… …or deodorant, for that matter.

I’m not discounting the possibility that body odor can be eliminated but I think it would take more than asanas 3 times a week.
