I woke up yesterday morning for practice at 5 am as usual and the first 20 of these came out before I started. The others came during the practice. It felt very releasing... Afterwards I typed them up with a little polish and gave them titles... I wasn't sure what to do with them so decided to post them here...
Here are the first 14... 1. Find the essence Let your open heart guide you and pulsate with life's flow 2. Pratipakshi Bhavanan Positivity opens my flow -faster Negativity closes my flow - slower Learn to transform Pratipakshi Bhavanan 3. Essence Look for the essence of all things and enjoy it 4. Essential nature Take a deep breath. Slow. Close your eyes Find the Stillness within Connect 5. Life's soup Let love guide you and be open to her flow Immerse yourself completely within her wave-like pulse The beat of your secret heart is one heart Find the nectar in all things and realise This life is for experience - pleasure, pain, service, creation And to find we are all divine And in this one rich soup together 6. Sine wave The negative thoughts within me create destruction Once realised I feel the contraction But sometimes this is as necessary As seeing the expnasion of all that is positive Like a sinusoidal wave Up and Down Constant rhythm So ride this wave As natural as we are Learn from it Cultivate the right attitude to it And know this as life 7. Experiences in life The wisdom of motorcycling The meditation in running The oneness of surfing the wave - the thrill of the ocean The appreciation of the mountain - biking, snowboarding, hiking The freedom of parchuting The exhiliration of jumping 20ft on a bicycle The peacefulness of walking Connecting to Nature The joy of driving a Mini The experience of an-other Being present in all equals life's rich experieince 8. Inaction In Action Open my heart to service No need for thanks Just the joy in doing Fully awake to the task Alive to the experience Then I feel her pulse Then I feel open and at peace Now I understand Inaction in Action 9. Give Resistance does not serve you In any shape or form Find the pull, the pulse Learn to give, too But let the giving come through you Not from you And then there is so much more to give 10. Cave time Find your cave Within society or without Rejuvinate. Unlearn Nourish your seed then emerge slowly And blossom in spring 11. Magnolia I remember Mother Every time I see a Magnolia tree in bloom And right now they are everywhere 12. Mother Your Will so strong Your body useless But still you adored life And found richness In all kinds of places 13. Mother's suffering Crippled by a cruel disease No control over movement of bowels Suffering everywhere Felt like an epoch An ocean of discontent And discomfort to everyone in that boat But still we lived 14. Willpower I love the saying "where there is a will there is a way, where there is no will there is no way" My mother taught me this in her actions even though she was crippled And lived this way Until she died. Young.
