And the next 6
(see earlier thread for the first) 15. 21st Century magic I no longer watch TV But I do enjoy a cup of tea I no longer read the News Instead I learn new things I no longer escape with drink But occasionally enjoy High Tea I no longer look for company That makes me feel uncomfortable If there is no Satsang to hand I connect globally through the Internet I can see creation's story on Global Mindshift.org I can see the miracle of the Northern Lights, Cymatics, The Mayan calander presented by the late Ian Xel Lungold, and Alex Grey's Rising of the Kundalini On U-Tube or Google video Never has there been a time for such discovery And information at our fingertips The freedom of choice To be anything we want to be Times are turbulant But still the nectar is there If you look hard enough And then experience Feel it, absorb it Open to it Enjoy Subtlety, purity, light. Peace. 16. Paradox Duality. Without one Can you know the Other? Unity in diversity Pleasure in pain Happiness in sadness Anger in passion Craving in acceptance It's all a paradox 17. Sadhana While in this loka Sadhana is the boat The constant to remember To cross the ocean of life Always moving forwards To become the sea. We are life. It is us. We are it. It is. I am. Om 18. The Secret No matter of status No matter of role No matter. We all have needs and desires We all have the ability to transform If we desire. So it will be Be grateful. Ask for what is needed. Seek the answer. Imagine it. That's The Secret. The law of attraction As you wish, so you'll become. Beware your thoughts! 19. Revelation Last night was a revelation. Thank you (Dr) Nixon You have taught me well. A mentor in the wisdom of Work. And life in this context. And seeing identity. Last night was needed. Once I feared you. Now I don't. Instead I can walk alongside you. With an open heart. And smile. And be inspired. And be reassured. And know I have chosen the right path. And you have too. You didn't slow me down. You probably speeded me up. Making me confront my fears. Giving me drive. Encouraging, pushing boundaries. Pushing me. Unnerving me. Making me loyal. These were all necessary lessons And to see beyond these To move through them. To emmerge stronger than before To the other side To see this life for what it is. The harsh cruel world of the corporation. Targets and delivery the game Constraints. The search for life's rich essence Pleasure, pain Beyond it's walls. But sometimes you can't know One without the other And being in the Other Revealed this. You've been a constant for me. These past 8 years. Sometimes I was confused by your intentions, Unnerved and unsettled. But this morning I woke As usual at 5 am For my morning practice But instead wrote 20 poems Of which this is the last but one Last night was full of richness Something very special shared and revealed Another cutting of a conditioned bond Thank you for being one of my three kings. I was glad to help you If I did It's a wonderful thing Free to be free Thank you for not judging Thank you for the wisdom Thank you for clearing my doubts. 20. And finally Check your intention Check your perception Be open to experience Be ethical. Keep a pure heart Understand boundaries Take your time There is no longer any hurry The pleasure, the joy, Is in the process The experience No longer a need for goals.
