A mother’s love for her son
can never
be undone.
Even the deepest of deepest
fractures
can never break the bond
between
Mother and Son.

In their teens, Sons and Daughters,
they don’t show it, their love,
but Mother just knows it,
it’s the intuition in Mum.

For all the knocks a son can have;
and the heartache a daughter can bear,
there’s nothing on earth
shakes the notion
that a mother’s love
is the ocean.

The ocean of love,
The ocean of peace,
The ocean of happiness,
The ocean of compassion.

Even nearing on fifty,
your mum can see you in your cot.
Isn’t it so amazing,
Mum’s love, always unconditional,
always unrelenting.

So next time you’re thinking
of your mum,
