Lately, I have been singing and speaking these words in prayer throughout the my day; It moves me to tears and fills my heart.
So beautiful are these words, and to me they speak of devotion, love, of bhakti, of waking up again and again to our infinite and absolute connection with the each other and with the Divine.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far
and Grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me.
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.

When we've been here ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

I did listen to this a lot, last december, while pandora.com was still active.
It had the same effects on me as it has on you.
Too bad pandora is down ... I have to search some other source.
A great prayer of gratitude and a great song.

Here are two songs that play softly in the background when I'm doing yoga:

Darrell Evans \ Your Love Is Extravagant
"Your love is extravagant
Your friendship mmmm intimate
I find I’m moving to the rythyms of your grace
Your fragrance is intoxicating in our secret place

Your love is extravagant
Spread wide in the arms of Christ
Is the love that covers sin
No greater love have I ever known
You considered me a friend´
capture my heart again"

and

Darrell Evans \ I Lay Me Down
"I lay me down (4x)
A living sacrifice to you,
a living sacrifice to you

I lay it down, (e) (4x)
A pleasing sacrifice to you,
a pleasing sacrifice to you

I lift you up, (e) (4x)
And freedom will be the song of my heart
And freedom will be the song of my heart

I lay me down, (e) (4x)
And freedom is now the song of my heart (8x)

At the foot of the cross I lay my life down
At the foot of the cross I lay down my crown

There is freedom there O’ Lord I lay my life down
Teach me Lord to deny myself
To take up your cross to deny myself
To walk with you to follow you to honor you
For the rest of my days

And I...and I lay my life down (whisper)
And I...and I lay my life down"

Awesome soft meditation music!
