There is so much more and yet, even the first layer provides beautiful cloud formations, vivid colors for our viewing pleasure...each perfect in thier moment of glory.

Open your ears and allow the communication and music of the ordinary.

--Focus your ears and listen to your own breath, listen to the heart beat of life. The sounds that play quietly in the background can be as esquisite as the symphony. The woodpecker searches for bugs while the Blue Jays playfully chase one another and sing. This is life -- and we share in it.

Open your heart in an earnest evaluation, where the heart leads the mind and body will follow.

--Focus inward and listen to your guide, your inner voice. Although there are wonderous mysteries surounding us, it is only after we slow our mind down and begin the journey inward that the universe ultimately opens up. Seek and ye shall find peace, and the peace lies within.
