RESISTANCE

you name it & there is a knot of resistance:
my practice
my self
my husband...

As
I
unravel
each
knot

.
I find
the
same
thing
.
.
.
my
EGO

she is 2

her favorite words are
NO
and
MINE

Clearly what is required is
a sense of humor
patience
gentle & firm discipline
so
that
the
KNOT
can
become
NOT

actually patience and a sense of humor may be useful for a 2 year old child but not a 2 year old adult ego...I think that simply firm discipline is more effective!
