If you want to be stretchy, go stretch.

I wannabe both strechy and yogy ! Is there any way to get them both ?

I'm no expert, so I went and looked at Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga interesting reading and no mention of stretching, however when I went to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asana it quoted one of the benefits as "muscle flexibility".

What's on your mind Nichole?

yoga is about expanding and stretching does expand, we expand our awareness
but then yoga is also about contraction, we go within to find our truth
maybe yoga is about everything, who knows

I overheard this while eating at a cafe recently and it made me giggle. As simplistic as it is, it does get you thinking...
