Any good poses for abdominal distension and discomfort? Which ones to avoid?

One is better off looking at the cause rather than the removal of the effect. The diet is not healthy with this situtaiton - any number of causes eating too fast, too gasy foods, too much vata in diet, etc. Best is not doing asanas to fix problem but look more deeply at managing a sattvic vegetarian lifestyle.
