I think I may be suffering from an Anorectal abscess http://my.webmd.com/content/healthwise/6/1421
The medical procedure to deal with this seems to be surgery and I'd like to avoid that if possible. Can you recommend some yoga/diet/anything else changes to help me deal with this naturally? Thanks. |
