Dear Mukunda,
I attended an Ayurveda training with Dr. Sarita Shrestha at Mount Madonna two weeks ago. She spoke of certain conditions as resulting from a vata, pitta, or kapha constitution. (For example, fibroids represent anger, and are most common in the pitta personality.) When you discussed conditions, I recall that the conditions themselves possessed vata, pitta, or kapha. Is this really the same thing said a different way?

Also, when is your book coming out?

I hope to see you at the conference in Marin.
Namaste,
Gyl

She is saying the same thing but in different way. My book is finished and manuscript is being considered by two publishers. Once a contract is signed it typically takes about a year to finished copy. will see you at the Yoga Therapy Conference in Marin in mid May. namaste mukunda
