Mukunda - I recently participated as a guest in one of your classes in Pasadena late in January I am thankful to have been invited to attend and learned a lot. In class, you had many recommendations. One being an Ayurvedic diet book (written by an American). Another being a guided meditation CD that would aid in better sleep. I am interested in both. Can you please respond with the authors?

A great book on Ayurveda is Prakruti by Robert Svoboda he also wrote Ayurveda for Women which is more focused.
For help with meditation the process called Yoga Nidra is of great benefit. You can get cassettes and booklet on this from Richard Miller at www.nondual.com He also offers retreats in Yoga Sutras study and Nondual meditation (Advaita Vedanta). I highoy recommend his work. namaste |
