Mukunda Namaste,
Grateful if you could elaborate on the techniques of performing Bhramari- In most yoga books I've gone through, it seems that this particular Pranayama has not been fully described and would also like to know the pros and cons of Bhramari.

Thank you
Pravin

In general i do not recommend one to learn pranayama from any other method that directly with a teacher. And once that has been done it is best to only stick with one teacher or tradition to avoid pranic imbalances. I find a more detailed progression arises from those who do my Tantra lessons - just email for them, they are free. This process helps one to learn the naturally arising experiences of prana in its five forms and functions. With time that can be extended to include all activities of the day. I only teach four pranayama techniques and this is not one of them. namaste mukunda stiles
