Dear Mukunda,
I am very inexperienced in yoga, having done only two basic yoga sessions in my life. My question: Will I be able to comprehend/do the exersizes in the book "Structural Yoga Therapy"? (In the descriptions of the book on various sites, it says the book is mainly meant for practitioners... so that's why I'm wondering.) Kind Regards, Lisa |

The book is a detailed beginners manual. For those who are practitioners it fills in the gaps of details often not experienced in class or workshop teachings. thus it also has an appeal for those who wish to know why not merely how. I am sure you will find it most accessible. namaste
