Mukunda... I hope this message finds you in good spirits and health.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this weekends training in NYC due to a bike accident and resulting broken elbow (ulnar/olecranon fracture) which requires a surgical procedure to insert two pins and a wire. Any thoughts on postures or rehab subsequent to the surgery? |

Sorry to hear about your accident. I recommend doing JFS (Joint Freeing
Series) regularly and focusing on learning to feel the lymphatic fluids returning up to heart. One physical sign of this is increased salivation. I would avoid all weight bearing except to shoulder as in bridge pose. |
