I have the maya dvd set and I am doing the basic yoga dvd. my question is it reads for the power vinyasa dvd make sure you are comforable with the basic yoga dvd. So am I ready to go to this next level dvd I know almost ow what pose comes next. I tend to do the opposte side when doing warrior 2. But when I listen carefully I do it correctly. I am anxious to do a differnt dvd. But I get frusted when its new and my mind says you know how to do it. whats wrong here. So basicly should I jus keep using the basic yoga dvd until I am doing the workout without error and just plan borded?

a) boredom is a myth created by our society. It is not real. What is means is "I am so over stimulated in my life that when I do not receive that level of stimulation, my nervous system thinks nothing is happening at all". Call it "coffee mentality". There is so much going on in the simplest of stillness because the self is there.
It is when you are doing this practice (assuming it is the right one for you to begin with and you've chosen it) without thought of what is next, able to do it only when it' is instructed (or arrives) AND are not at all bored with it but have done it hundreds of times. It's yoga. It's fresh and new and unique each time. If you cannot currently find this, and you've been doing it for a while, consider the help of a teacher to move you; not into the next pose or sequence for your entertainment, but toward your own inner light.

I try out the other dvd which was a power vinyasa. Which I founde is what I wanted and I did feel very happy. Also it is what I done in yoga class in the past that is offered at la fitness club. So It was the right choice to move on to this dvd. Is there another vinyasa dvd you can suggest?
