I've finally found a low-cost Chiropractor. His adjustments are strong bold and I hear lots of cracking. I feel no bad effects from this, but worry I may be doing myself permanent harm because of all the cracking noise in my neck. Do you recommend I discontinue this? Do it only once or twice a month?

Chiropractic adjustments are great for those who are large bodied, stuck, emotionally and physically and have no connection to energy. You are slender and meditate most of the day. Chiropractic increases Vata, which you do not need. Subtle work like to help balance your prana like network DC, cranial sacral, polarity therapy is much better.
