COMMENTS - Regarding spinal stenosis. I had to go looking in a medical dictionary for that one, and found a site that I liked. It is associated with NIH. Nice anatomy drawings. Not too in-depth, but concise. Here is the web site.

Yes check out http://www.iayt.org for their bibliography of articles on research in Yoga Therapy for specific conditions.
