I'm curious about how the fascia are affected by the joint freeing series and asana used for Structural Yoga Therapy. At this point I have had four of the Rolfing ten series sessions and wonder if SYT can be used to achieve similar results.

SYT does not really address fascia. Stretches to this tissue are unique and few poses truly touch it. There is a book by a rolfer with recommended Iyengar Yoga to complement the 10 sessions. It has been borrowed from my library and i am sorry to say i don't remember the title. namaste mukunda
