I've heard good things about fasting. As someone who has never attempted it before, what would you suggest? One person I talked to suggested 3 days with only juice to start off.

Would you agree with this? What kind of juice? As far as physical activities during fasting, can you continue with normal exercise?

Thanks for your time.

I would not recommend fasting on just juice to start off with but rather do a restrictive diet first. That way you can follow this chain of sequencing to improve your quality of diet. Eliminate meats, elminiate fish, eliminate processed foods, eliminate sugars, then excess carbohydrates. Emphasize eating organic produce and drinking more water. Fasting i would not recommend unless seeing someone fact to face to know guidelines and diet history.
