I've heard good things about fasting. As someone who has never attempted it before, what would you suggest? One person I talked to suggested 3 days with only juice to start off.
Would you agree with this? What kind of juice? As far as physical activities during fasting, can you continue with normal exercise? Thanks for your time. |
