Q - mukunda -- just got done reading structural yoga therapy. It was
awesome; i will treasure it and use it for the rest of my life. Truly a great book. Thanks. One question about reversed cervical curve in the spine. Any yoga asanas good for this condition? The neck strengthening exercises are very good and helpful. But what else? Thanks again brother. Warm regards. yoga teacher from NYC |

By reversed cervical curve i believe you mean a flatten neck not one
going sideways. For that the variations of sternocleiodomastoid muscle exercises on page 180-181 are best. You can also add cobra with hands behind head to strengthen the upper trapezius muscles. Namaste |
