I'm always kinda curious to hear what other individuals think about the matter of Anterior Tilted Pelvises. There seems to be two schools of thought:
A) A neutral position of the hips is the desired postural stance (IE as if you had a bucket full of water in the hips, you wouldn't want water spilling out). B) A slight foreword tilt in the pelvis is ideal. (not to the point of having a severe curvature to the lumbar spine) Thoughts?
