Q from Hamsa - 1) I am now able to achieve forearm balances and handstands, but feel some strain in the low back. Any suggestions?

Hold pose with abdominal tension. Pull pubic bone towards head to contract abdominus rectus. Without this motion psoas will contract strongly and arch lumbar.
