Namaste~ I am looking for some information of teaching classes specifically for HIV/AIDS clients. I have read the article in the recent Yoga Journal and it was GREAT and very helpful. To be in contact with people on this level would be a great help in giving the best class I could give them. Thank you Daniella

I have no experience with this population. If any of the readers have please respond to RadhaManisha@aol.com I’d also suggest you ask the question to esutra@aol.com Leslie Kaminoff runs the Q & A there which is sent out to over 500 students and teachers. All readers can respond to his column. A good site for readers of this Q & A to get more insights. Free subscriptions if you want to join send Leslie email.

Hello,
I am about to start a class for HIV+ people. That article in Yoga Journal is very helpful yes, and as I've learnt, soft vinyasa flows, positive inspiration and especially inverse asanas (headstand, etc.) are very helpful for those people. Dear Questioner, could you find more information on the topic?
Blessings.
