Insomnia & Dreams in Sleep

Hello sir , what is the remedy for insomnia & dreams in sleep , I am
having disturbed sleep what is the remedy waiting 4ur reply. Thank you

The best remedy is persistent sadhana at the time of bed and should you
wake up then persistent practice until you fall asleep. If you are
initiated into path then faith in that path and the teacher who gave you
what is your blessings. If not then seeking that so that path can be clear.
Also investigate your activities during the waking state and encourage time to be spent for the welfare of those you do not know. Selfless service (guruseva) is a wonderful remedy for insomnia, indeed for all mental troubles.
