Working off what Nichole asked, your best bet....YOGA! My breath capacity increased by ten-fold when I began yoga. It strengthen your breath and you will be thankful for it.

Hi Gourab,

As Nicole asks are you interested in yoga. Although I cycle and swim, I am more focussed on yoga as that is where my passion and interest resides. Try yoga, it might open a new world of experience and understanding to you.

Gourab,

Learning yoga over the internet is like watching TV throught a keyhole, you will never get the full picture. Find a teacher or studio in your twon/city.

You may wish to try some pranayama exercises as they have helped many students with their lung capacity and stamina.

I would suggest 4 Part Breathing to start with, and then move onto more advanced pranayamas as your capacity develops.

Here is a link to the 4 Part Deep Breathing exercise I mentioned above...

4 Part Deep Breathing Exercise

Let me know if you need more info...

Best,
Anmol

Gourab,
Please do a search for wrist to find many existing threads and add your specifics there. Please do not mix the thread topics.

Thank you,

I would suggest just try and find more time to train. I find the best cardio is running and martial arts. Also diet and breathing are very important. Learning and studying yoga can be great with both of those.
