Do not understand your question my friend.
What is catching the breath and how is it related to your energy?

B) Are you perhaps pre-diabetic. C) Perhaps you are overweght and need to get off the couch more. D) Your digestive system is slow in metabolising food and supplying you with energy. E) Too much refined foods with colourants and preservatives. F) Too much flesh of dead animals in your diet. G) Too little fibre in your diet. I can only guess because you give us so little infomation about yourself, your life style etc, so it is difficult to answer your question. But I'll stop guessing until you give us more info, that way members on the forum might be able to help you better.

Again Gourab, you give us so little information we can only guess. In order for members to answer especially questions relating to health issues people need some background about your habits, lifestyle etc.

from strictly an aerobic conditioning perspective, 3 weeks off from what might be the 'normal' level of aerobic conditioning work for any athlete (that would include frequency and level of aerobic work) will find that athlete noticing a substantial reduction in conditioning. 6 months of 'off' time will certainly have anyone solidly at their new 'lower' conditioning level - whatever that result might be. to get back up to where you came down from will take some serious, hard re-conditioning work. But then if you;re surprised by this, you must be pretty young. If you're like many of us, we'll go through that cycle so often , its a wonder we attempt to get back to 'shape' at all. The result of neglect can be disconcerting, but the opposite - building yourself up in all aspects, is dharma. And what else is there? panting and a pounding heart are pretty good indications you;re still alive don't use it, you lose it... works for a lotta stuff |

Hi Gourab,
The neglect of six months is now visible and I think you feel it. It will take time to build your fitness level up again. But, then again if this is really worrisome to you why don't you go and see a doctor who can do a good check-up and if anything is wrong he/she will be able to alert you to it.
