Hello to all

I'm new on this yoga room thing, and am looking for some advise.
abouy two years age i started practicing tai chi streaches , working mainly on deep breathing and ny root chakra, however in the past six months i've been moving in more of a yoga direction and have been practising everyday but have started to develop the feeling of numbness in my left upper leg, it's been constant and does not have any limiting effect but is quite unnerving . would anyone be able to shed any light on this

Shed light yes, fully illuminate, no.

Honestly Paul there's not enough information in your post to draw and sensible conculsions. I do not know, for example, what poses you are doing, what actions and alignment you are doing in them, what duration you are doing them, and in what sequence.

Additionally I do not know whether you are a 40 year-old man or a 22 year-old chap. Nor do I know your health and medical background.

However I can say that the legs are innervated through the lumbar spine. So obviously when one is getting numbness or tingling in the lower extremities there is the possibility of nerve impingement of one sort or another.

then in the evening I do a second routine of
