In November I did a back roll and suddenly had a sharp pain in my back in the shoulderblade area. My physio informed me I had popped a rib out and he pushed it back in, after the inflammation had subsided it was just fine. The problem now is that ever since whenever I do a backroll this same thing happens in the same place. It's right next to the shoulderblade, quite low down it. It's very painful indeed.
I have no idea why this suddenly started happening, I never had any trouble before. Any thoughts would be most welcome. Thanks.
