The ISBN is: 81-85787-84-0

Hello

Well I`m doing a lot of things.
First of all I`m director in one of the oldest Yoga schools in Münster.
Second I travel around giving workshops and seminars.
And the third activity is my family espacially my three years old daugther which teaches me everday a fresh view of the world.
I teach classical Yoga but if you would ask me for the style I would answer No Name Yoga, because I don`t want to cut all into peaces. Yoga is one for me.
Mainly I´m personal student of Sri S. Rajagopalan since 1983.
I studied also in the german branch of the bihar school of yoga, mainly yoga Nidra.
Also I´have been vaious times in the Himalayas and studied and practised there with a lot of different Yogis.
In the 80`s I got trained to be a Rebirther in Gemany and america.
Finaly I`m becoming more and more simple and intuitive.
I´m teaching Yoga, Autogenes Training, Meditation and Philosophie from Patanjali. Also I give classes about the power of thougths.
If you are able to read german you can visit my Web site and find out more about my work.

Sunny greetings
Lars
