do you have any guidance for prolapsed uterus? I feel I should be able to

best advice is rolling bridge from my Structural Yoga Therapy book. curling spine down from the lifted pelvic position can revert it. You can also see another website that has Q go to - www.yogaforums.com then Q & A with Mukunda there may be more details there - search there by topic. Bodywork - hands on manipulation may be necessary for this to be truly stable. namaste
