Why would you ask if you could ask?
The board is open and you may ask any serious question regarding the practices of yoga that you see fit to author.

Always a battle eh?

Those who come to the board to inquire about things that have come up in their lives (and thus their practice) who seek an honest dialogue or are sincere in looking for feedback and/or assistance are always welcome.

While anyone can of course post, the board has had a few visitors come merely to monkey around. And while there's nothing wrong with monkeying around I don't think most of us come to the board for such a thing.

So it is that sort of "serious" that was being referenced, not the sort of serious that is typically misintepreted as being the opposite of playful, jocular, or light hearted.

But to answer you more directly, "no" there is nothing off limits assuming one doesn't feel attached to being responded to or being retained as a registered member.
