Returning to Yoga later in life and with arthritis
hello im just starting yoga again after many year (15yrs), im 45yrs old and a bit over weight, I have always been doulbe jointed which made yoga easy when i was young but now i have arthritis and im in quite a bit of pain. can i start yoga again and will it be benifical

Of course you can start yoga again - presuming you mean asana and not yoga. And whether it is beneficial or not, in the physical realm, depends completely on what sort of yoga you select and in what way you bring yourself to it.
If you are hypermobile I'd suggest a teacher and style that has some sense of stabilizing students in poses. You may have to root them out as most teacher would not have a clue as to how to peel such an onion.
