Could you please exlain me the principle of samyag dorshan? How does it work exactly?

This term is unknown to me. Perhaps it is a misspelling. Could you mean samyoga darshan? That means having the vision or experience of equality of consciousness -- all is one. This comes equally from self effort applied in the right direction guided by inner teacher and competent outer teacher. The second factor is Grace from a higher power than ourselves.
