My therapy for scoliosis is a 2 year program. If you only have right thoracic and not a lumbar curve it may take less for optimal benefits if you are motivated and get good guidance. First step is assessment of what is limited range of motion (ROM) and what is weak muscle tests. Then doing program to correct this for about 6 months to achieve optimal changes. Little change is noted here except being stronger. Second step is using these toned muscles to correct alignment of spinal column. During this step of about 6 months also emotional and energetic releases are needed to open up the subtler dimensions of holding. Effects of up to 50% improvement can be stabilized duirng this phase. third step after one year is creating a maintenance program to be done for rest of life.
To register for my program in London contact www.thelifecentre.com descriptions of all my workshops are on www.yogatherapycenter.org/workshops.asp blessings. mukunda

Thanks,

When you say
"Effects of up to 50% improvement can be stabilized duirng this phase"

Do you mean the Curvature can be reduced by 50%

eg a 48% curve can become 24%
or a 60% curve can become a 30% curve?

and do you mean that, that happens in the first phase, which is 1 year (6 months + 6 months)....... so 50% improvement is possible in the first year ??

Get back, Thanks
