Hallo friends,

I have slight upward movements in head. It disturbs my concentration. I used to concentrate on my breathing before . Now I donot get it that easily.

I feel comfortable with Sirshasana and Chakrasana. So I want to know can i do Sirshana and Chakrasana with a duration of 2 min each time for 3 to 4 times.

Along with I practice pranayama. Does any one have any other suggestion.

Regards,

It is unclear what you mean by upward motions in head. Is it physical or pranic energy? If physical i would be concerned.

It is quite natural for heat of pitta dosha to raise to head when doing sirsasana or chakrasana. This should be temporary and pass within a few moments of completing these poses. If it lasts it is a sign of pushing or rajasic practice not sattvic harmonious. Progression to longer poses is often recommended to benefit more ojas but must be sattvic and not overly assertive. namaste mukunda
