I am new to yoga but have been battling TOS for three years from a prior career in computer programming. While my symptoms have improved, I still battle tingling and loss of sensation in my hands, forearms and lower legs. Could you provide me with some direction or suggestions on what role yoga may play in my therapy?

this condition requires both bodywork and yoga therapy recommendations. General recommendations are to tone the muscles that widen the scapula and upper thoracic region - serratus anterior and pectoralis major. But this needs personal attention. I can see you in person if you wish to contact me at www.yogatherapycenter.org or at one of my workshop sites. namaste mukunda

seek deeper balance of prana and this will relieve most of the stress. Vata is the biological substance from which prana comes. Deeper feeling of prana creates harmony. namaste mukunda
