I have been interested in yoga for many years
I have over the past 4 years been eperiencing many unusual experiences and dreams I have constant throat spasm (sometimes liked with eyes and chest) Does anybody have any suggestions about what is going on or how to handle the discomfort? |

I assume you have seen an MD specialist in this region. If not do so. If you have and no relief has come then i suggest doing the following asana and pranayama sequence - bridge, half shoulderstand (twice as long as other asanas), fish, hero, camel, child pose and ending with sitali pranayama. EAch pose held for same duration and pranayama for 2-3 minutes by a trained instructor.
Also consult an ayurvedic specialist for herbs and foods -- carytwomey@aol.com would be my recommendations. blessings. mukunda stiles |
