I have had a weakness for many years, which has recently become quite obvious. I have had for a long very tight psoas and quadriceps. By opening up the psoas, the hernia has subsided, but I still feel the weakness. I would be very appreciative if you could give some advice. Yours in service with Om and Prem, S

By stretching the psoas he hernia can continue to subside. I would also recommend that you strengthen the antagonist muscles to the psoas -- namely abdominis obliques, gluteus maximum and gluteus medius.
