Welcome to the forum. I think it is very unlikely that any asana will give any relief to symptoms associated to lactose intolerance. I have never seen or heard of this. Even within Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, I have not come across anything that will increase the amount of lactase that one produces should you be deficient. As with any food that is contraindicative to the body and it processes, it should be avoided.

Kind regards,

Of course it can be treated with any asana you choose. However you will discover that the asana treatments are ineffective as Nichole points out above.

It may be possible over time, to change the body's chemistry and it may be possible to eat in such a way that the "intolerance" has less presence but if you are asking if there is a pose that will rid you of this then that answer is plainly "no".

I grew up with and may still have a type of lactose intolerance now that is not so severe.
One legged and two legged apanasana relieve cramps. Beyond that - yogurt is ok but I switched to soy and rice milk and removed most other dairy from my diet except on rare occasion or perhaps on a bagel. I thought it'd be hard to give up cheese but now that I don't get bloated and sluggish and crampy all the time, its gotten easier.
