Q: While I am emailing I would like to ask a question about the joint freeing series. One of my students says they feel sick when doing exercise number ten, is this due to an energy imbalance and have you experienced this before.
A: I am surprised at a response to wrist motions. No one has said this before. I would suspect some possibilities are hands are held too high; wrists are not level with floor; energy blocks at wrist meridians or pronator supinator muscles at elbow. For the latter do the exercise with palms down and compare with doing it palms up. If a difference then it would be due to the pronator or supinator muscles. This can easily be treated by just doing it easy way or getting light massage on those muscle groups. Namaste m Last edited by Nichole; 05-22-2008 at 08:12 PM. |
