Hi,
I always feel low in self confidence and courage. i use to get tense very easily. I want to improve this. Is here any particular yoga Asanas or Mudras or Pranayama which could help me to come out it. Regards Ajay |

When I'm feeling low I turn to standing poses and hip openers. If my 'feeling low' is also full of negative brain chatter (symptom of my dysthymia), I also hit the treadmill for about half an hour and have eggs, turkey, whole grains or potatoes in the next several meals; and make sure I'm giving myself enough time to sleep, and to relax before I sleep.
Good luck; I'm willing to chat more about this if you'd like (on forum or via PM.)

the aim of doing back bend asanas, is for the opening of the chest, when the chest is open, it means that your lung capacity, heart, and all the internal organ will have more room, so it will contribute on making your self confidence getting higher.
as in the counter, doing forward bend asanas, will calm you, sooth your mind, and make you feel relax. try combining both asanas in your practice. |
