At the end of the JFS we practised yoga mudra. Please would you remind me which hand holds which wrist? Many thanks Helen |

This is a passive version of the practice that i do as a tribute to my teacher Indra Devi. She had a profound experience with this technique described in her book Sai Yoga. I do it from a cross legged seated posture, noticing which leg is in front hold that wrist behind your back and do a gentle forward bend so head is lower than chin and stay as long as you can relax. arms are passively resting on lower back. Then reverse arms and legs and repeat. namaste mukunda
