Advice for Novice
Greetings. I have been studying Tantra Lessons for several weeks, have moved through a few major blocks and am persevering, but even though I've had an asana practice for over 12 years and am a Reiki practitioner I often feel overwhelmed by information that feels like learning not only a whole new language but a whole new way of being. I'm probably being impatient wanting to "get" a handle on all this instead of allowing it to flow and working steadily. Has anyone had similar feelings when embarking on this journey?
